GTM Works

Free Apollo.io audit

Checks your sequences, workflows, mailboxes, Not sent emails, departed reps' records and every saved account for duplicates. Read-only: nothing in Apollo.io changes.

Apollo.io asks you to let GTM Works read your workspace. Read-only: nothing in Apollo.io changes, and you can remove the access in Apollo.io any time. Sign in as an Apollo.io admin. Apollo.io's sign-in does not cover workflows or sequence email templates, so 4 of the 9 checks need an API key, added later on your results page.

Or paste an API key: every check runs, and the same key buys and runs a cleanup.

We email you here when the audit is done.

  1. In Apollo.io, open Settings > Integrations > API.
  2. Click Create new key, give it a name, and set Integration type to Public.
  3. Turn on Master API Key, save, and copy the key.

The audit only reads: nothing in Apollo.io changes. The key is stored encrypted and used only for your audit, and for a cleanup or handoff if you buy one. We delete it after 7 days, or 30 days after you buy one. Your results are kept 30 days. You can also delete the key in Apollo.io any time.

Is Apollo.io synced with a CRM? If HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or another CRM pulls accounts into Apollo.io, its duplicates come straight back after a cleanup. Dedupe the CRM first, or turn off pulling accounts from the CRM in Apollo.io under Settings > Integrations > Sync and Push settings.
